Before you write anything.
What should I send you?
Whatever you have. A floor plan is ideal, but two sentences describing the building and what it is used for will do. If something is already installed, the model numbers off the switch and the recorder tell us more than a paragraph.
What happens after I send this?
We read it during business hours, Monday to Friday, and come back by phone or email — usually the same business day — either with questions or with a time to attend the site.
Do you charge to quote?
No, and there is no obligation attached to it. You are welcome to take the scope we write and price the job elsewhere.
Where do you attend?
Melbourne and greater Victoria. If you are outside that, tell us where and we will give you a straight answer about whether we can service it properly rather than taking the job and doing it badly.
