One building. One crew. One set of drawings.
Each trade usually means another vendor, another quote, and a long silence when the door reader stops talking to the recorder. The drawing above is the same job, drawn once, by one crew.
- C-01–03 Surveillance Cameras sited for coverage, not for the ceiling grid. Commissioned CCTV installation sheet
- A-01 Access control Readers on the doors that actually need controlling. Commissioned Access control sheet

- S-01 Comms rack Recorder, switching, patching and backup power. Commissioned Data cabling sheet
Schedule of works.
What we install, and what each item actually includes. Our own crew does the install work. Recycled material goes only to certified downstream recyclers, and the paperwork stays in the job file.

How a job runs.
The same five stages every time, whether it is four cameras or a full fit-out.
- 01
Site attendance
We walk the building. Sightlines, door hardware, ceiling access, where the cable can actually run.
- 02
Design & schedule
You get an itemised scope with the equipment named before anything is ordered or invoiced.
- 03
Install
Mounts, cable runs, terminations and labelling, done to a standard you can open a panel and inspect.
- 04
Commission & hand over
Every device tested and demonstrated. You leave the handover knowing how to use your own system.
- 05
Support
The people who answer are the people who built it. No account manager in between.

What the work is held to.
We would rather point at a standard than at an adjective. These are the ones that govern the work and the paperwork that comes with it.
- D-01 DoD 5220.22-M
- The overwrite specification our sanitisation passes are performed against, per device and recorded per serial.
- D-02 Australian Government ISM
- The control set governing how media is handled, sanitised and disposed of for regulated workloads.
- D-03 Victorian Private Security Licence
- Held by the technicians who attend your site. Security installation work in Victoria is licensed work.
- D-04 Chain of custody
- Assets are logged at collection and tracked to destruction, so the certificate can be tied to the drive it describes.
